Duck House 鹿鼎记

So today i went to try the duck house 鹿鼎记. it was really good, i didn't just have these three items which are peking duck, unagi on sticky rice & passion fruit jelly. i had kung pao chicken & pork chops also~ it was really good, probably the most unique taste i've had for chinese food, it wasn't too oily & it didn't make me feel sluggish afterwards. the unagi on top of sticky rice is what i recommend the most, it was really good fresh, i wouldn't recommend it as leftovers though, i've had it as a left over a few days before & it didn't taste that great, the eel still tasted good though! Today in the mail i got my Nohant Love City Seoul Tote Bag & BTS Official Bandana!

the bag is really sturdy & big. the bottom has something inside that keeps the bottom flat & not flimsy. i really like the design & it's a nice fashionable tote. they replace some of the english alphabet letters with korean alphabet letters & i thought that was really unique & cool. reminds me of when i was in south korea~ very much worth $40

BTS Official Bandana

i didn't expect the bandana to be such nice quality. i actually really expected a cheap quality, but it's really nice! i am actually tying it to my tote bag to hang off of as a fashion accessory. it's really nice, i just needed it since we all know i collect bts merch~ haha as a bts fan, this was very worth my $20.

The Donuttery

I really like the "goldie lox" at the donuttery, but i really prefer it without the pepper & all that stuff, like i really like it plain.. just salmon, cream cheese & bagel (garlic sometimes). the donuts at the donuttery are really good too, they're fresh & hella cheap!~ if you're near the huntington beach i recommend this donut place the most! it's my favorite place to go for a filling bagel, one piece can already keep me full, i usually share the 2nd piece with a friend. i give this place a 3.4/5. it's not wow amazing, but it's good okay~!

The Crab Cooker

So for lunch today i went to the crab cooker, which i haven't gone there in awhile. I ordered oysters, manhattan clam chowder & crab cakes. What i love about this place is that it's like hella legit american seafood. the oysters taste fresh outta the ocean next door, the crab cakes are filled with real crab & is really nicely crispy & the chowder is consistently always good every time i go. i really like seafood, so this is one of my favorite places~ also they have a mailbox with postcards of their store on it you can write a quick postcard to someone, drop it in their mailbox & they'll mail it out for you for free! so i mailed some to friends out of my area. i also got a tshirt because my brother got one here last time & it's really nice soft quality. overall, you should check this place out for some fresh seafood. *don't forget to grab some free taffy on the way in & out~

today i tried the + milk bread & kimchi croquette~ it was really good, i usually get their tuna croquette which is really really good. i expected more kimchi in the croquette but it was like kimchi fried rice. the milk bread was really good~ i love tous les jours, everything always tastes so fresh & their macarons are the best, i ate so much of their macarons at kcon.. ugh.. food coma... never forget.. haha

i didn't buy the skirt but i did buy the shirt, it's very comfortable & the material is really nice & soft, it's just the perfect tshirt to toss on whenever. the japanese characters remind me of japan, i wish i had bought more clothes when i was there, but this is just a little reminder of my trip back in 2012. comfy tees ftw~ haha

Panera Bread

i love the cheddar broccoli soup here & any of their sandwiches are good, but my go to is usually the chicken frontega. filling & affordable. i'm a sandwich type of person, like i really like sandwiches the most, it's my favorite food other than pizza & fried chicken.

Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade/Benefit Porefessional & OOTD

Hello friends, the weather is starting to get cold here in Southern California, so i'm starting to feel more not weak in health. Most of today was spent laying around at home craving fried chicken, but not just any fried chicken, i am craving bbq chicken's fried chicken or popeyes, sadly did not get any today.. it's okay i ate ok, by okay, i mean shin ramen & ikea food haha.

~Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade~

first off, let me say, i am a total noob when it comes to makeup. i think i have a good sense on how to make myself look decent with contouring a lot & right now i'm learning to do my eyebrows better now, before i just filled in with brown eyeshadow because i didn't have actual like product made for eyebrows cause i thought welp idk how to do it well, so useless. anyways! a worker at sephora helped me out today on this product i've been hearing people raving about so much, literally i've seen it on instagram soo much.. LOL

-the product is really smooth, it glides on nicely for you to have control of the shape of your eyebrows better. i really like how long it has lasted me the entire day! the color matches my current hair color well which is blonde & once i go back to brown or black, i think this dark brown pomade will still match, which i'm happy with. i'll start using this & update a review if i do end up buying this again after i run out of it!~^^

~Benefit Porefessional~

i've been using this product for i feel like 2years? i picked up a small bottle of it today because didn't wanna be too costly & for this much it's only $10 compared to the regular size which is just a little bit bigger for around $30. i use the product very carefully, a little goes a long way, so i don't use it up right away either. it makes your skin really look flawless like make the pores almost disappear in a sense. i use it as a primer before my foundation for the flawless look. i highly recommend this one of course since i've bought it many many times.

Samurai Burrito

I've gone to samurai burrito plenty of times to get a quick sushi fix, $10 for a sushi burrito might seem a lot for a wallet crunch, but if you have extra cash & you want decent fish, this is where i'd go. lets say lunch with a friend like a quick one before driving around bored going to the mall or something, i recommend getting their nachos, it's a bunch of mixed fishes & wonton chips. oh & they have poke bowls now, haven't tried yet.

what i found nice this time going is that if i order with the pink wrap, part of my purchase goes to breast cancer foundations this month of october~

I probably would have so much money in my bank account right now if i didn't "stan" a group, but i love bangtan a lot, they're like the first kpop/khiphop boy band that i've just felt like is so genuine & great. most of these were gifts to me too, so yeah haha i am so thankful & blessed that this year i got to meet them too. i think this will be the only kpop group i support/consistently will keep up with & love. other than what is shown in the picture, i am actually waiting on a crap ton more of merch.. I got my Céci X BTS magazine/bracelet special today~!

i luckily got Jin's photocard (my ultimate bias) & i wanted the black bracelet but got white, which is totally fine since it looks very nice on top of the black of the box. BTS's pictures in the magazine are so beautiful & nice. i'm really happy with my purchase & this is a great add on to my BTS collection. I ordered from KPOPMART for $55.60.

BTS Hip Hop Monster: V (Kim Taehyung)

• It's a really soft plushie, I didn't expect it to be such nice quality!
• I got V's plushie & if i had more money at the time I would've gotten more members plushies ): sadly they are LIMITED EDITION & there's only a few hundreds of them..
• I think this was of course a worth it purchase to be in my BTS Collection, as a huge fan a.k.a an "A.R.M.Y" this is something worth having 100%
• ordered from mwave shop for $113.

Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 3DS

So on October 3rd, Super Smash Bros. came out for the Nintendo 3DS!

of course, i had to get the game, but it the physical copy of it was sold out every where! ‎( ꒪⌓꒪)

so, i got some nintendo eShop cards & downloaded the game LOL

I have the animal crossing special edition 3DS because i felt like my 3DS would be an investment for my favorite games like pokemon, super mario & animal crossing. I believe it's the perfect size & game system to carry around in my purse & the animal crossing design to me, is really nice & cute~ redeemed my cards & bought the game, it loaded quickly & yeah, i finished the game within less than a week.. it was fun, i still play it & it's fun to play versus my friends. I wish the game had a story mode or something for each character or something like cut scenes & such but iono maybe that's just me expecting too much because i usually am playing dead or alive games haha! overall, SSB is very much worth for childhood memories & to play with friends online! or with strangers, but i'm too noob for that haha!

Roscoe's House of Chicken & Waffles

Finally got the chance to try the infamous Roscoe's House of Chicken & Waffles.

The chicken was really good~ waffle was soggy, i prefer my waffles crunchy(?) LOL

overall, i would like to try other things they have at roscoe's & i'm really happy that they finally opened one near by me to easily get to & try. the workers & manager was very friendly & i felt super welcomed at the anaheim location~ really really loved the sunset!

208 Rodeo Drive

my mom had a business meeting & a tagged along one day & we ate at 208 Rodeo Drive. Rodeo dr. if you didn't know is a really well known place in LA to be like "high class" or what not, hollywood celeb siting type of place. anyways, i'm not someone to care about that stuff much, what i care about is good food. i had lychee soda, which was okay, not thaaaat wow. tuna tartare was decent, i've had better. the FRENCH FRIES WERE BOMB... omgah truffle fries are the best.. i love french fries. there was other things on the menu, but the place is kinda pricey, i would like to go back & try more foods, maybe soon! overall, good place to sit outside & look down the well known street.

Din Tai Fung 鼎泰豐

The internationally famous Din Tai Fung has opened in orange county at South Coast Plaza. I've been here 3x already & a must get always is the lychee slushie & their famous xiao long bao. what i've ordered in these pictures i will list right now, i recommend trying this place out, it's delicious~

2. kaju tofu in garden grove

i like incheonwon, because it's decent price, meat is pretty good & it's just alrighty of a kbbq.

kaju is my favorite place for korean tofu soup, wayy better than bcd.. it's more flavorful & the side dishes there are my favorite~  just overall great place for soondubu~!

all that bbq is a really clean kbbq, it's decent, meat is good & i just like the cleanness tbh.

arirang supermarket's food court, i love the han kook kwan shop in arirang supermarket's food court, the cold noodles naengmyeon, reminds me of when i was in south korea. the spicy rice cakes are also my favorite here, they're not too spicy but not too sweet(?) either like they're just great & i feel very welcomed because the old lady there remembers me haha!
