so like a lot of people have recommended me to play Star Crossed Myth for awhile now & i finally got around to playing it & OH MY FEEEEEELS!!! so i picked Huedhaut, because he's my astrology sign.. LOL & also his story seemed like his story would be interesting, heard it was angsty af & YEAH PEOPLE DIDN'T LIE, IT REALLY WAS. this entire review is gonna be a huge spoiler pretty much so, stop reading now if you don't want to be spoiled. okay, so your the reincarnation of the goddess of fate & long time ago Huedhaut & the goddess were in love, but she died to save the earth, he sacrificed one of his eyes to keep your soul/goddess's soul alive, he's been emo ever since, but then finding you like he's trying to keep his distance but at the same time is still in love with the goddess, SO AT THAT POINT IM LIKE FUCK I FEEL HURT BC MC FEELS HURT TOO LIKE DOES HE RLY LUV ME OR JUST BC I HAVE THE SOUL OF THE GODDESS TYPE THING. anyways, him & mc grow over time to enjoy each other's company & ya find out like he's in love with you now too not just because you have the soul of the goddess bc yeah it made the mc sad thinking he only likes you because of that ;___; some drama happens that ends up having Huedhaut & MC prove their love for each other type thing & man, this review isn't spoiling thaaat much because so much happens within the main story that it's like damn i can't even begin to describe, but yah.. so much feels while playing this route i'm like ugh my heart!!! HE LOVES MC SO MUCH & JUST WANTS HER TO BE THE HAPPIEST GIRL IN THE WORLD ;__; !! but yeah together they save the world again without nobody having to die & ugh when they finally kissed my heart was gonna explode, he's just my type that i usually pick for otome games, so yeah, i love his personality. it's like tsundere??? LOL but yeah the fact that he's been in love with her since forever & has been patient & just even would accept if you didn't love him & had picked another god instead, i'm just like fuck omfg my feels, so happy for Huedhaut that he gets to be with his love again.
Huedhaut showing more affection towards MC, the other gods pretty much joking around with the couple more about their relationship & MC learning to enjoy them learning about each other along this journey as a couple instead of trying to know everything about Huedhaut right away. it's cute like you really feel the love they have for each other!
LOL sequel is like oh no doing it with a god, doesn't seem right but yolo tho HAHA so Huedhaut's powers get extra strong after y'all did the deed & he sees a bad future with the world, it's again another proving their love & making it through whatever problems together. like ughhh he loves MC so much he's willing to just die as always as long as she will be okay, i will never get over that, like the love is so real! THEY ARE MEANT TO BE TOGETHER OK! i really duno if i could play any other god's route in this game now bc of Hue hah.
MC & Huedhaut both be jealous of the situation & end up with Hue embarrassing himself confessing all his love for MC in front of ALL THE GODS & GODDESSES IN HEAVEN LOL YOLO LOVE FOR MC SO REAL THAT HE'LL NOT BE HIS CALM & COLLECTED SELF & SHOUT TO THE HEAVENS literally.
honestly this was a painful read, bc i feel for the MC, i'd be jealous of the goddess too that maybe Hue's feelings are still for the goddess even tho y'all the same soul.. but like you're you too.... but yeah you get the feel of his love was so strong & why he sacrificed his eye to keep her soul alive to become you eventually, but yeah MC went back in time, pretty much helped him cope better & when he brought MC back to their present time, explained how he loves MC for herself now & he's let go of the past lost because he has you to be fully in love with ;__; LIKE YO MAIN STORY Y'ALL WENT TO THE LOVE LAKE THING OK THAT HE NEVER DID WITH THE GODDESS YOU, SO LIKE MC SHOULDN'T WORRY THEIR LOVE IS THE TRUEST NOW~
