& so begins 2015...

this strange chapter in my life is now beginning. strange because i am going to be 20 years old next month. this year i am 20 years old. i have been alive for 2 decades. in my 20 years of living, i feel like this strange feeling of this is the end. the end of feeling like a kid. i have to grow up now, i have to go figure out what i want to do in this life. all my childhood dreams are now dead. i have this overwhelming feeling of stress because i still have no idea what it is i want to do. i don't know where to start, i seriously have absolutely no idea what path it is i am looking to go for. i seriously wish i had an absolute idea of what i should be doing, but i absolutely do not know. so here's to the year of figuring out where my life will begin. let's remember this post & see where i'm at december 31st 2015. i look forward to seeing what "destiny" or "fate" my life may have already been written out for me this year & so begins 2015...

Sueshiro Cafe

so i went to LA for lunch & ended up eating at sueshiro cafe & it was okay, there was a lot of noodles. i feel like my opinion is like a bit biased since i've eaten ramen at a lot of places including in japan.. so yeah, overall, i feel like i won't have a full review until i've tried other things at this restaurant. it was a very cold windy day in japan town LA, so i guess it was a good thing for an okay. i realized all LA trips are usually spontaneous..

Goodbye 2014, Hello 2015.

This year has been full of many experiences. honestly, this was a pretty good year for me. it's had it's ups & downs, but overall it has been a good year with many opportunities i am forever grateful & thankful for. this year really was a rough time at 19 figuring out myself as usual. i still am figuring myself out, what i want to do with my life etc. i got to meet my favorite boyband bangtan this year. i started a crazy shrine obsessing over them. i made friends, i realized who i am truly comfortable with. i had black hair, i had blonde hair & i'm ending the year with brown hair. gained weight, lost weight, trying to lose again lol because gained again. interned at a marketing firm, went to a bunch of concerts for free. backstage events. tried to save money, spent a lot of money (mostly on my shrine tbh & food) still single since '95. auditioned for yolos. princess of oc went to las vegas often. played pokemon, cut my hair, felt sad, felt mad, felt happy, felt bored, had every emotion tossed into an entire year of bipolar feelings. this paragraph is, honestly it really is a mess, but that just how my year was, a beautiful mess that was all over the place. i hope 2015 will be as awesome, if not better than the last couple years have been. all i have to say is, i really hope next year things will hopefully fall into place, probably not because i'm only turning 20, but i need to remind myself, i'm only 20 & shall try to work hard to make it a good year. my resolution: try to not get upset over little things, let it go~

teishokuya of tokyo & anime jungle

took a spontaneous trip to Japan Town, LA with my friend today. we had t.o.t for lunch which was okay, decent food for a decent price, not like wow amazing japanese food, but it was probably okay for a lunch, yah soba was better than supermarket soba, but not the best soba i've had. the sashimi was alright too. then we headed to the jungle anime store, which said they were closed on yelp for some reason.. but they were open.. & yeah, my friend got me this link figure i've been wanting as my chrismukkah gift~ it's so cute! ah! nice little nendoroid to my figure collection! overall t'was a good day. yolo whatever yolo haha.

So i got this in the mail literally just right now & omg, it is the cutest thing ever. i felt like i had to have it cause charizard x pikachu duh! LOL seriously though, i ordered from a japanese seller on ebay since you can only get this in japan & i think it may be limited edition? since of course i bought it not from the pokemon center in japan, i paid $37 + $10 shipping since i wanted it like asap. it's really soft, really cute & great if you're a fan of pokemon like me~ i kept the bag cause i thought it was cool that the seller put it in the bag & send it to me straight up like that. i love plushies!

Favorite Oysters & The Hobbit

So my favorite oyster's just happen to be at my uncle's restaurant, which happens to be one of those OC asian pubs where it's like kinda ghetto full of like gangster old asian men & some youngers, but i enjoy the food there, it's really good & the oysters there are my favorite. the steak & garlic rice is hella bomb too~ on top of that i get to eat for free, so free good food is hella good! it's called artist & i'll link the yelp right here~ another thing is i recommend to go around 4pm before it gets too dark because honestly that is the safest time for like not dealing with drunk mess of a night people.

i went to watch the last hobbit movie last night with my childhood friends. had a really fun time & played ddr afterwards to relive childhood ya know? haha, overall had many feels during the movie of wanting to now rewatch my LOTR extended edition dvd's. i just love movies like these. also wore my AA tennis skirt for the first time out, it made my legs look nice in pictures i took last night~ much happy, i'm not rly a skirt person so yeah, wow a skirt i actually like is a first that i will actual wear often!
